Moving for Different Reason

On my previous job, had experienced office moving due to "downgrading" due to either cheaper rent or lesser staffs.
And this time gonna experience it again but for different reason. This time is due to expanding as current office is no longer able to hold the increased number of staffs.
So we branch out a new location that mainly for client service and research centre while the main office gonna be mainly for finance and sales.
This should be good indication of company growth. New office  have a bigger space. But it also much further from home than current one.
Gonna move out by beginning of next month.
