Welcome! By using the services available from the domain and sub-domains of IWANMADAN.COM (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service" or "TOS").
Before you may become our services member, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this TOS and the Privacy Policy. This Agreement is effective on above mentioned date for current users, and upon acceptance for new users. IWANMADAN reserves the right to update the TOS at any time without notice to you.

Through its network of properties, IWANMADAN provides users with access to a collection of resources (the "Services"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Services and all its new properties shall be subject to the TOS. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.

Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. If you want to make commercial use of the Services, you must enter into an agreement with IWANMADAN to do so in advance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to notify IWANMADAN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. IWANMADAN will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any IWANMADAN server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

You understand that all information or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. IWANMADAN does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You acknowledge that IWANMADAN shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable which is available via the Service. IWANMADAN reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts. IWANMADAN reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as we deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in our sole discretion.
While using the Site, you will not:
- post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
- violate any laws, third party rights, or our policy;
- impersonate any person or entity falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you;
- fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity;
- circumvent or manipulate our fee structure or the billing process;
- distribute or post junk email, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise);
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm IWANMADAN or the property of IWANMADAN users;
- harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service (including your user ID), use of the Service, or access to the Service.

The provided free of charge services are brought to you by IWANMADAN.

When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future.

Any content (Software/Document) that is made available to download from the Services is the copyrighted work of IWANMADAN and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms. Use of the Document is granted, provided for informational and non-commercial or personal use only, no modifications are made and the copyright notice and this permission notice appears in all copies.

THE LINK TO THE THIRD PARTIES SITE ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF IWANMADAN AND IWANMADAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AVAILABILITY OF THE EXTERNAL SITES AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF THOSE EXTERNAL SITES. IWANMADAN PROVIDING THESE LINKS TO YOU ONLY AS A CONVENIENCE, AND THE INCLUSION OF ANY LINK DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT BY IWANMADAN OF THE SITE.

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, legal notices shall be served on IWANMADAN registered agent or to the email address you provide to IWANMADAN during the registration process (in your case). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give you legal notice by mail to the address provided during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three days after the date of mailing.

- IWANMADAN disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the IWANMADAN SERVICES;
- YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY. THE IWANMADAN SERVICES AND ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DOWNLOADED THROUGH OR INCLUDED IN THE IWANMADAN SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER;
- IWANMADAN AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

- YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IWANMADAN AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF IWANMADAN OR ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES);
- SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE IWANMADAN SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE IWANMADAN SERVICES, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE IWANMADAN SERVICES (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES);
- THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE IWANMADAN SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE IWANMADAN SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE IWANMADAN SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE IWANMADAN SERVICES.
